Our ability to provide all video production, photography, animation and post-production services in-house—from concept to final delivery—enables us to work efficiently while maintaining precision and creative control at every stage.

Ben Wade, Producer, Director

  • Founder | Director | Editor

    A highly experienced and effective producer, Ben has extensive skills across all facets of production such as concept and script development, production scheduling and post-production management.

    He has been responsible for high-profile jobs including the Australian Marriage Law Postal Survey, Australia’s bid for inclusion on the Unitied Nations Human Rights Council, Australia’s bid to host the Committee on Space Research Assembly and the re-opening of the Royal Australian Mint.

    As an award-winning screenwriter and director, Ben has had success on the Australian short film circuit.

Artur Piwko | Animation & VFX

  • Animator | VFX | Visual Designer

    An award-winning designer, artist and animator with over 20 years’ experience in the film industry. Artur’s talent lies in visual effects, 3D artistry, animation and he has managed many significant productions for Australian Government clients such as the Department of Infrastructure, Australian Army, Sport Integrity Australia, the Australian Bureau of Statistics and the Office of the National Rail Safety Regulator.

    Private industry clients include QANTAS, John Holland, Fox Sports, Essential Media and Entertainment, Lifestyle Channel, Clemenger BBDO Sydney, Spinifex Group, Liquid Instruments and Seeing Machines.

    Accomplished multimedia expert with over 20 years of experience in video production, specialising in cinematography, editing, and production.

    He has produced and filmed several award-winning videos for the private and public sectors for organisations such as Department of Defence, Airservices Australia, Office for Youth, QANTAS, Fox Sports and Lion Nathan.

    Adam is a cinematography member, and multiple award winner, of the Australian Cinematographers Society and an accredited member of the AIPP Australian Professional Video Producers.

    He brings the same eye for design to visual identity, campaign assets, and branded collateral across every production.

    He holds a Negative Vetting 1 AGSVA security clearance and is a CASA-certified UAV/drone pilot with 15 years’ experience in this field.

John Waterhouse | Gaffer & Key Grip

  • Gaffer | Key Grip

    A professional Gaffer and Key Grip, John is credited on numerous Australian feature films, narrative TV series, music videos, documentaries and award-winning short films, working alongside some of the best and most renowned Directors of Photography in Australia.

    His work has been seen on cinema screens, all Australian commercial TV networks, ABC TV, Foxtel, Netflix and Stan.

    John also has extensive experience in TV commercials, interviews and corporate videos, as well as brand films and promos. John is a highly experienced Lighting Technician, Key Grip, TechnodollyTM operator, crane & dolly operator, and a camera support specialist.

Ashleigh Gleeson, Event Management, Producer

    Co-director of event management company Damsel and Sprout, Ash is an exceptional video and event producer with extensive expertise across all facets of production and live streaming. Experienced in producing and delivering large-scale events, Ash has a comprehensive understanding of the technical and creative elements required to execute successful creative projects, events and live streams.

    Ash is a leader in her field with expert knowledge of creative concepts, media, problem-solving, and event marketing.

Michael Conlin, Photographer

  • Photographer | Live Stream Technician

    Michael is a professional photographer with over 20 years’ experience specialising in corporate photography for government, educational institutions, and marketing agencies.

    He has produced photo libraries and promotional campaigns for agencies such as the Royal Australian Mint, Department of Defence, Department of Health and Ageing, Air Services Australia, Civil Aviation Safety Authority, Catholic Education and the Australian National University.

    As a live stream coordinator he is a highly experienced live switch operator and technical director. He is an excellent communicator and multitasker, crucial to the success of all our live streams.

    He produces 400-500 events annually. Live streaming services have been performed to corporate clients including Microsoft, The National Centre for Action on Child Sexual Abuse, Independents for Canberra, and regularly capture the Graduation Ceremonies for the Australian Federal Police.
